| As promised...here's some delightful pictures!
My brother and I took our units Christmas caroling last weekend-what a blast! Our singing wasn't that hot, but we sure did look cute!

Just us girlies...aren't we adorable?

Don and I had a random date last Sunday! We explored the campus of UD and took lots of fun, silly pictures!
I took this one...pretty nice, huh? I like the scenery! (The guy in the picture is pretty cute too!)

I hate falling on ice! Yes friends, I've already fallen this "snow season" already! So maybe I look like an little, old lady...I'm okay with that!

Just us...lookin' cute and silly AND cold!

Okay friends, I think Don could make a magazine with this picture! Who wouldn't want to hire him! Seriously employers...look at him!

Yay for our Printy 2/4 Christmas party! I have learned so much from these girls.

Blowing kisses...just for YOU!

Kirsten, Don, and I went out for a little Christmas dinner last night. We didn't make it to Cincy as planned, but we still had fun!
Kir, thanks for being a wonderful friend and mentor. I love you.

And well, here's a little picture of us in the snow!

I love you all...very much!
Let me leave you with a passage that has really been real to me this past week!
"Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth does not become weary or tired. His understanding is inscrutable. He gives strnegth to the weary, and to him who lacks might He increases power. Though youths grow weary and tired, and vigorous young men stumble badly. Yet those who wait for the Lord will gain new strength.; they will mount up with wings like eagles, they will run and not get tired, they will walk and not become weary."
Isaiah 40:28-31 | | |
| I tried to update with pictures this morning, but it didn't work...so for now, I'm going to show you how much I desire a stress-free environment! I have resorted to taking these silly tests!

| Congratulations to my beautiful friends, Drew and Steph on their engagement! I love you guys...a lot, and I'm so thankful for God's work in your lives--both individually and together! See people, SGA really does bring people together...for serious, true story!
Thanksgiving break was such a great time. Many memories made, tons of food ate, and lots of presents bought (beaucoup of money spent)! I really wish it could have been longer...I had a wonderful time with my family, Don, and friends!
10 Random thoughts to note:
1. I went to 3 different malls in Pittsburgh over break!
2. The Steelers lost, but we love them anyway.
3. I have all of my Christmas presents bought, and most of them wrapped.
4. I have lots of work to do this week.
5. I have 5 Christmas parties planned to attend in the next 2 weeks.
6. I was glad to be back to see all of my good friends--I love them a lot--they make Cedarville, CEDARVILLE!
7. Printy 2D seems extremely small right now.
8. Coming back from breaks gets harder and harder each time.
9. I have a million pictures to print off from this past semester.
10. My hair seems to be turning really brown...no more baby blonde!
And of course, it wouldn't be a post without pictures!
Me and my mommy...isn't she cute?

Daddy's girl through and through!

My sweetie...

Just us doing laundry...yup, I'm a converted Yankees fan...I guess that was the tradeoff for him adopting a deep devotion for the Steelers! You win some and you lose some!

And well, I just really like this picture, so it's on here...

Love you all... | | |
| Wow, it doesn't really come as a surprise to me, or probably even to you, that I hardly update my Xanga anymore! Yikes-I think it's been almost a month and some since I last updated.
Lots has obviously taken place since my last post--but overall, I'd say that God has blessed me in some really neat ways. I feel like I'm constantly learning and growing, and God's Word has spoken numerous truths and encouragements to my heart over the past month. I've been studying in 1 and 2 Samuel, and wow-I feel like those books were written for this specific time in my life. I'm studying the life of David as "a man after God's own heart," and I can't begin to express how much I've learned and grown through that study. God is so good to me, and as always I am so very blessed by the people, experiences, and responsibilities around me.
I wish there was more time in the day. I wish I could spend more time with everyone. I wish I could do do do do do MORE and MORE; however, I've learned that God calls us to BE MORE and DO LESS. I've come to the realization that I can't always balance as many plates as I want to and I certainly can't wear as many hats as I would like; however, I can invest all of my time, energy, and focus into a few things...and do those things WELL. All God really wants is US and OUR hearts, not necessarily all of our service. Don't get me wrong, service is great...but at the end of the day--Jesus is all about wanting us to be more like Mary.
A lot of great things have happened in the past month, so let me ppost a few of those memories with some pictures! Everyone loves pictures!
One of my best friend, Michelle Dawn McCune (Rigel) got married! I don't have any pics from her wedding, but here are some of her guests! Don and I went with Lindsey and Jon--great times!

Aren't they cute?

Oh, and I don't have pictures of this--but I did get to see Karee Leigh at the wedding! YAY-what a great time. We had coffee before she departed for Germany! I can't believe she's gone...and I really can't believe she'll have a baby next time I see her! Exciting! I love you Karee, and I'm praying for you guys!
Then guess what...I went to another wedding! Don's best friend got married in NJ! Oh, and yes-I wore the same outfit!

Us again...looking cute! And yes, it was a BARN! A beautiful one though!

We got to visit Don's family while we were there--here is a picture of some of them!

Then...we had Printy Unit Wars! And well, I'm excited to declare: Printy 2 and 4 were the champions!!! WOOHOO--I love my girls!

Here I am with whip cream all over me and a garbage bag--what a great look!

And US one more time! I'm so thankful for my girls this year! They are constantly changing and growing me!

Then came...FALL BREAK! Yay for Fall Break at my house! (Wait, I think I have my times out of order...oh well-I'm not changing it)!
A Scarecrow between two thorns!

We celebrated my belated birthday at the Cambridge Springs Inn--what a beautiful place!

2 of my most favorite guys in the world!

I thought I would be a better pumpkin carver than Don...

I guess I was wrong...way wrong...he was amazing at this contest!

And lastly, my girls and I went to Applebee's just for fun!

That's it folks! Love you!
